About these terms

Your accounts
Each personal, professional and business account is separate, with its own login. Keep your login details private — you're responsible for what happens on your account. @usernames are unique across FERTI, and we may reclaim ones that impersonate someone else or breach these terms. You must be at least [To confirm] to use FERTI.
Business accounts can grant access to team members by role (owner, admin, manager or team member). Each person uses their own FERTI account — never share a password.
Your content
You own what you post. Only post work you have the right to share, and get consent from anyone shown. You give FERTI a licence to display, reproduce and distribute your content on and through the platform so it can operate — for example, showing your Looks in discovery and search. Community and safety
No harassment, hate, impersonation, misleading claims, fake reviews or unsafe practices. Professionals and businesses can respond to and report reviews about them, but can't hide, delete, reorder or pin them. We may remove content, or suspend or terminate accounts, that break these rules. You can report content or accounts via Help & support. Professionals and businesses
Providers are responsible for their own services, prices, qualifications, insurance and the accuracy of their profiles — including their "Getting here" details and booking policies, which they set themselves. A credential badge means FERTI reviewed a submission; it isn't a guarantee of service quality, and not every provider on FERTI has been reviewed. Fees for provider accounts, if any: [To confirm].
Bookings, deposits and refunds
FERTI doesn't currently process payments and isn't a party to any booking. Appointments, deposits, cancellations, lateness and refunds are agreed between you and the provider, under the provider's own booking policy. Appointments made through a third-party booking platform are also governed by that platform's terms. Always check the provider's policy before booking. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your statutory consumer rights, or our liability for anything that can't legally be excluded or limited. Beyond that, the limits and disclaimers that apply: [To confirm].
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Account settings, or by emailing hello@tryferti.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. What happens to your data afterwards is described in our privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
